         In 2008, Zhejiang Udragon Pesticides and Chemicals Co., Ltd. acquired a state-control enterprise, Haiyan Pesticide Factory, renamed it as Zhejiang Bosst Cropscience Co.,Ltd, and made it as the production base for technical-grade products. In 2019 the name of Zhejiang Bosst Cropscience Co.,Ltd. has been changed into Zhejiang Udragon Bioscience Co.,Ltd. The factory covers an area of about 68,000 square meters and is located in the Haiyan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, which only about 100 km away from Hangzhou and Shanghai. At present, the company main product is a series of fungicides, such as triazoles, methoxyacrylates and succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors, as well as bisamide insecticides. The main products are Difenoconazole, Penconazole, Metconzale, Fludioxonil, Tetraconazole, Thifluzamide, Famxodone,etc. 
         At the beginning of 2020, Zhejiang Udragon Bioscience Co.,Ltd. completed the share reform and has become one of the key IPO companies in Haiyan, Jiaxing . The company is a national designated pesticide production unit and a national high-tech enterprise.
