Description of position:
1. Responsible for process technology management, assist in the drafting and revision of process operating procedures, and follow up the implementation of relevant departments;
2. Responsible for leading process technicians to improve related product processes, establishing small-scale raw material consumption quotas and three-waste generation quotas;
3. Establish relevant process ledgers, collect, summarize, and analyze workshop data, and compare with small-scale raw material consumption quotas to find out the reasons for deviations, continuously reduce raw material consumption, and control production costs;
4. Assist superior leaders to solve process technical problems in production, lead process technicians to conduct small-scale experiments, find solutions, and guide workshop production;
5. Responsible for new product process verification and existing product process improvement. After the process is mature, conduct a pilot test, guide the pilot production, and ensure the stability of the process;
6. Do a good job of daily tidying up the laboratory in accordance with laboratory rules and regulations, and keep the laboratory and the experimental site tidy and orderly.
